This week, was a 20 mins Yoga Inspired Workout to give those tensed muscles a good stretch and well, improve flexibility!
(We weren’t flipped over or wrangled up! πŸ˜…)

Activities that lengthen and stretch muscles help our active folks prevent injuries, back pain, and balance problems.
Activities such as yoga combine stretching and relaxation and also improve balance, a wonderful combination!
